According to a recent announcement, 1901 Group has successfully completed the 100-Day Amazon Web Services (AWS) Public Sector Partner Transformation Program (PTP) from the AWS Partner Network (APN). 1901 Group has been acknowledged as one of the 17 public sector partners from around the world to complete the PTP.

The AWS Public Sector PTP is a 100-day program to provide public sector APN Partners the guidance to accelerate the development of AWS skills and expertise to better serve government, education, and nonprofit customers' journey to the cloud.

“The AWS Public Sector PTP is one of many AWS programs for APN members that 1901 Group plans on leveraging as we build our cloud professional career track and expand our cloud talent – with a goal of 500 cloud engineers at our Enterprise IT Operations Center in Blacksburg, VA over the next 3 years,” said Brendan Walsh, SVP, Partner Relations, 1901 Group. “Being selected by AWS to participate in PTP is a welcomed honor and complements our continued investment in growing cloud talent, strengthening our IT community, and modernizing enterprise IT environments for our customers.”
